The SEND and Inclusion team consists of a range of dedicated staff committed to providing targeted, personalised and giving support to a number of students within the Academy.

We recognise and understand, however, that each of you has individual and unique needs; some of you may require and want very specific support at different points in your school life to help you achieve your potential.

The SEND and Inclusions team’s main objective is to provide this support when our students most need it – working with their parents and teachers through that.

The main support occurs across the different faculties in the school, where Teaching Assistants work with staff and groups of students in targeted lessons. There are also dedicated staff in the school that provide additional academic or pastoral support within the school day.
